CUSTOMER SERVICE
At A to K AB customer experience is important. You are always welcome to contact us with questions at info@atok.se. We try to respond within 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

GENERALLY
This page contains A to K’s terms of purchase. Please read these terms carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree and are bound by these terms.

By placing an order at A to K, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old (or have the parents’ permission to purchase from us) and accept these terms and conditions that apply to all orders and deliveries of products from A to K’s online store. None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to terms and conditions are binding without a written agreement signed by us.

DELIVERY TIME
Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days. If a product is out of stock or if the transport takes place in remote locations, delivery time may be longer. We reserve for liability for delays or failed deliveries caused by suppliers.

CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation by e-mail with information about your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation to be available for any contacts with A to K. Have you not received your confirmation? Please check your email spam folder.

PAYMENT
All payments within Sweden are handled by Klarna, and payment can be made by invoice, card or direct payment. When A to K receives information from Klarna that the payment has been made, the goods/products are shipped to the customer.

SHIPPING
A to K sends your products by postal service, and it is always free shipping within Sweden.

RETURNS

We at A to K are not satisfied until you as a customer are satisfied. When you shop with us, you always have 14 days of return right. The return right period begins on the day you receive your products. Returned products must be in unbroken packaging and unbroken seal.
In order for the return to be processed as quickly and smoothly as possible, customer service needs the following information; order number, invoice number and title of the products you wish to return. You as a customer are responsible for the cost of the return and that is nothing that A to K will compensate.

TRANSPORT
If products are damaged or lost during transport, A to K takes the financial responsibility. However, you are required to inform our customer service within 14 days. If the product is damaged or lost when the buyer returns the product, the buyer is responsible for payment. Therefore, be sure to pack the product properly to prevent damage during transport.

COMPLAINT
A to K is aiming to always deliver flawless goods. However, should you receive a defect product, please contact customer service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. Return the product in the condition that it was received. Within 1 week from the date A to K receive the defect product we will send you a new product free of charge.
NOTE! Before returning defective product you must contact A to K to get the complaint approved.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
A to K protects your privacy and the personal data processing is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal information that you provide or as we receive will be handled by A to K, which is responsible for your personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure delivery to you, credit rating, offers and information about our product range to you. You are entitled to access the information that is available about you. You are always entitled to request that A to K erase or correct any information about you. By accepting A to K’s terms of purchase, you agree to the above.

FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond A to K’s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be considered as force majeure, which means that A to K is released from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements. Examples of such events are government action or failure, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, tampering, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of subcontracting. Force majeure also includes government decisions that affect markets and products negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc. A to K will, in such circumstances, do all we can to resolve the issue for our customers as soon and best as possible.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Agreements between consumers and A to K are governed by Swedish law. A to K follows Konsumentverkets recommendations. See www.konsumentverket.se

B2B
All the above conditions apply only to goods purchased by individual consumers. Please contact info@atok.se regarding all inquiries from companies.

MORE INFORMATION
A to K reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, regarding purchases and product offers without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, A to K has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. A to K shall also notify the customer of replacement or equivalent product being available.
